Nadia Garza is a visual artist originally from Monterrey, Mexico. Garza has recently moved to Beaumont, Texas and become active with both The Art Studio, Inc. and the Beaumont Art League. The Art Studio, Inc is excited to display Garza’s work and introduce her to the Southeast Texas public through her solo show in our Main Gallery this month.
Garza started her career at an early age as a self-taught artist and has since participated in art workshops at different institutions. She has participated in solo and group international exhibitions through the years. She likes to keep her process spontaneous, allowing her freedom to explore wherever her imagination may take her, from one series to another. She enjoys capturing emotions with a variety of colors and textures, and considers everything a possible inspiration for her work.
An opening reception, free and open to the public, will be held on Saturday, March 5th from 7 to 10pm.
The exhibition will be on view from March 5 through March 22.
Artwork may be viewed during gallery hours or scheduled appointment.
