Lorelei K’s The Mythic Girl EP Review
By Evan LeBouef
Hey y’all, this month we are going to take a listen to Avant Pop artist Lorelei K’s The Mythic Girl EP. Lorelei K hails from the Dallas area of Texas and is still an up and coming artist. As someone who lived in the Dallas, Austin and Houston Indie music scene, I can say that Lorelei K’s album is on a new wave of indie pop and will stick out to anyone with an ear for music.
This album will keep you in a constant state of relaxation, the instrumentals will keep you stuck in a revolving door of head bobbing, and you will be lost in a sea of good sounds. My favorite track off this 5 track EP is “Take the Blame”. This track will teleport you to a scenic overcast drive down a long stretch of highway. If you love post-goth, shoegaze, or a more laid back bedroom pop I would highly recommend you check out this album and the rest of Lorelei K’s discography.
Remember, stay safe, and keep spinning.
